Shot list

Image
I've completed this pre-production activity to keep a solid shooting schedule. By doing this, I will be able to keep on track with precisely what has been filmed and what needs to be filmed as well as knowing exactly how it will be filmed. This will help me in the future as it will keep filming times stricter and more easy to manage/keep organised.

Call sheet

I've completed this pre-production activity so that I can order and prioritise the filming of my project. By doing this, I, as well as cast and crew members, will know what we're shooting on certain days and what requirements will need to be sorted/filled in a specific time frame. This will help me in the long run as I won't have to waste time trying to organise things later down the line.

Cast and crew table

Image
I have completed this pre-production activity to help organise exactly who play what role in the production of my project. By separating roles into cast, crew and then diversing the crew into specific sections, it allows me to access who is responsible for each element of the film.

Risk assessment

Image
I have completed this pre-production activity to demonstrate the multiple factors that need to be considered when looking at risk. By doing this in a table format, I have been able to recognise potential issues, see the extent of the issue and what can be done to prevent it. In the future, this task will allow me to take a wider range of factors into consideration when evaluating potential hazards.
